Working with Daytona Toyota was a breath of fresh air in the car buying process. Given the current market, many dealerships I spoke to were clearly trying to gauge customers and take advantage of the market the car buying process. Given the current market, many dealerships I spoke to were clearly trying to gauge customers and take advantage of the market shortage. Daytona Toyota is the only place I inquired with that was honest with me throughout the entire process, not to mention they had the most competitive prices. It is easy to see how they are able to keep such an amazing sales team! I was lucky to be assisted by Dimitri. He put me at ease during our first conversation and ensured me he would be able to find me the car I was looking for in the popular and hard-to-find color combination I wanted. He checked in with me from time to time to let me know where the car was in transport and sent me videos of it when it came in. During the purchase, Dimitri went above and beyond. He took the time to help me get comfortable in the car, demonstrated operation of new safety features and established the settings for me so that I was able to get in and go when financing was finished. Despite living out of state, Daytona Toyota is the only place I will buy cars from and I will request Dimitri so long as he is there. More
