This dealership exceeded my expectations. I was prepared to go into battle and fight my way to get a fair deal. BUT...I was met by Tim Smith who let me explain where I was and what my expectations for the deal were and there was no haggling, no arguing, it was just as smooth as could be. If your in the market look for Tim to be your salesman. He is AWESOME..Dennis was fantastic in giving me a fair deal on my trade. Once again without hassle. We went into finance and met with Sara who made our financing seemless. I felt like she was really looking out for our needs and providing us with the best extended warranty for us without breaking the bank. This couldn't have been easier. I will definitely purchase from them again. These guys/gals are top notch.. More

Jeff was extremely helpful. The manager came out to meet us and was very supportive and helpful. Sara in the finance department was amazing at getting us the best rate! We showed up to Certified Benz & Beemer and were instantly greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to Nick. He took wonderful care of us as we explored different models and options, and made sure instantly greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to Nick. He took wonderful care of us as we explored different models and options, and made sure every box on our sheet of "wants" was checked off. Steve in finance got us a wonderful deal, and made sure we understood every document we were expected to sign. Service has taken good care, and I am excited to utilize the CBB Advantage plan to get my girlfriend's Macan worked on as well! I would recommend CBB to anyone looking to upgrade to a European car, service theirs, or even just explore options. We will be back! More
