For the benefit of future customers and the community, I am writing this review. I am writing this review as I currently have a dealership certified vehicle that was recently purchased from this company am writing this review. I am writing this review as I currently have a dealership certified vehicle that was recently purchased from this company approximately 3 months ago (Still currently has dealer plates on the vehicle). The reason that I purchased from this company is because I read these reviews on here and BBB websites, and most of reviews were positive. The negative reviews were for what I would consider minor items (I also had to change all 4 of my tires within two weeks of the purchase because they were end of life) or if there was a vehicle maintenance item, it was for a high mileage vehicle that was not certified and did not come with the dealer warranty. I also liked that fact that the owner always responded to any reviews regardless of the rating. The reason for my purchase was I wanted something dependable that would start every morning, and included service plans, etc. When I purchased the vehicle, it was low miles, qualified as a certified vehicle with dealership warranty, and I included an extended warranty/service package for an additional 2-3 years. It was great, cool color, blacked out tires and accessories, my first Land Rover Discovery. I had to purchase new tires all the way around but no big deal, it looked great. Fast Foward 3 months and 3700 miles later (vehicle still has dealer plates on it) the car failed and had to be towed back to the dealer. I have been working with the service team but to summarize, I am being told the car has major issues and is not their problem, that I have to pay just for them to finish the diagnostic, that it may or may not be covered by the extended warranty and I may have to pay. I'm over the back and forth at this point. So much for any type of back up from these guys. STAY AWAY DONT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM, CERTIFIED OR OTHERWISE. WARN YOUR FRIENDS. THEY WILL NOT BACK UP THEIR VEHICLES. Update: I received better communication from Land Rover North Scottsdale. Towing it over to them! What a Waste! More
