Dear Ryan: We are very disappointed to read your review. We will attempt to address each of your statements. We do not know why you were required to change the tires within 2 weeks since our inspection showed that each of the tires still had 5/32 to 6/32 of tread. After the vehicle was towed back to CBB, we attempted to determine what the cause of your engine failure was. As a certified vehicle, CBB covers internal engine repairs if those occur within the first 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first. However, you did purchase a vehicle service contract and CBB was in the process of getting coverage for the engine repair under that policy. In order to do so, the service contract required a diagnosis of the cause of the failure to determine whether the repair was covered under the policy. While there had been discussions regarding the cost of the diagnosis in the unlikely event that the repair was not covered under the policy, you were informed that CBB anticipated that the repair would be covered. While this was happening, you indicated to CBB that you had read about issues engine issues that Land Rovers were having and looked into trading out of your vehicle into another one but you apparently changed your mind. You then elected to take your vehicle to another repair facility. We are sorry we were unable to diagnose the issues within the timeframe that you desired but hope that you will be able to get your Land Rover fixed and back on the road as soon as possible. I had requested to speak with the owner while my car was in their shop with the only response being to talk with their manager. I spoke to the business manager and was quickly dismissed as not our issue. Ultimately I told this story to the Land Rover Delaership in North Scottsdale and was requested to bring the vehicle to them, they would have the vehicle repaired. No requests for money for diagnostics, no indications or pressuring to authorize thousands of dollars for costs if not covered. They even offered me a free loaner car while the repairs are being made. Replacing the entire engine. They were stunned to hear how I was left out to dry by this dealership with such a new purchase. If you read this review and buy from these guys, you reap what you sew.
