They Make You Feel You Are Part of their Family There are more than a dozen BMW dealers in Ohio, but Ganley is the only one that deserves your full attention. There is a special focus to the Customer in this dealership. From the moment of your first contact with them, till the day you drive your new vehicle away from their lot, it is nothing else but an amazing experience that you will not easily forget. People say they drive over 100 miles to get to them. I drove 200+ each way , and I do not regret a single one of them. Our family maintains three running BMWs with a combined experience of at least nine of them through the years. There is certainly some kind of magic in this dealership that only Frank Steffen, the sales manager, knows how to do with numbers, that will captivate you and you would not want to leave. And then there is Dirk Steffen (who happens to be related to the big brother) with a wide smile and a sparkling white shirt who is ready to give you everything he owns ranging from his new pen you liked to his jacket pin that he only has one copy of. Not to mention that he also knows his products extremely well. He had answers to all of my questions, and believe me i am an engineering prof, i know how to make them tough. If you want an experience of a lifetime, then go to Dirk and Frank. they will take care of everything for you. They will make you feel they are working for you and not for the dealer. Their goal is to win you as a customer for life, and you will feel it immediately. Do it and you won't regret it. P.S. we also had a short experience with the finance manager, Mike. From our previous experiences, finance managers are usually tough guys that they love to scare you. I do not know how they accomplish this, they must be all trained in the same seminars by the same tutors. But I did not get that vibe from Mike. He was very fair and very relaxed. Being like that, Mike won me as well. I said too much. I hope one day you will be able to experience what we did. All the best luck in your search for your new vehicle. More

Talk about elite customer service I have been leasing cars since 2005 and I have always thought I was treated nicely ,up until when I stopped at Ganely's BMW and I was greeted by DRIK I have been leasing cars since 2005 and I have always thought I was treated nicely ,up until when I stopped at Ganely's BMW and I was greeted by DRIK STEFFENS who was exceptionally welcoming .Drik was totally professional treated me like a VIP . He didn't waste a minute of my time he made every effort in the world to make the process of buying a car so much fun. My advice to everyone out there if you are interested in BMW do yourself a favour and ask about DRIK STEFFENS. He is certainly a the biggest assist to Ganely's BMW. More

Friendly and knowedlgeable sales staff This is my first BMW, a 7000 miles CPO 528i X-drive that looks and feels brand new. Dirk is very professional, fun to work with and very knowledgeable This is my first BMW, a 7000 miles CPO 528i X-drive that looks and feels brand new. Dirk is very professional, fun to work with and very knowledgeable about the car's technology and features. The rest of the team was also courteous and the process was quick and easy without the usual push to sell extra services. PS: I prefer the heft and solid handling to other cars in this class/price range. The impressive low end torque of the Twinturbo moves the car easily and with decent fuel economy. All in all I am quite happy with this car buying experience and the vehicle. Thanks Ganley team! More

Great experience with Dirk Steffen at Ganley BMW I recently leased a 328xi from Ganley through Dirk Steffen. 2014 328d Purchase I came into Ganley BMW on Saturday, June 21st 2014, intending to just browse the inventory, and possible inquire about trading my 2008 Infiniti G37S f I came into Ganley BMW on Saturday, June 21st 2014, intending to just browse the inventory, and possible inquire about trading my 2008 Infiniti G37S for a new 328d xdrive. After trading some emails with Frank Steffan through TrueCar, I new they had a potential match for what I was looking for on the lot. I was introduced to Dirk Steffan when I arrived, and couldn't have been more impressed with his knowledge and appreciation of cars in general. After test driving the car I selected, and discussing some options on my trade, I decided that I wanted to purchase the new 328d, and we scheduled delivery for the following week. During the entire sales cycle, I can honestly say, I've never had a more pleasant or easier buying experience. I never once felt pressured or hassled with any kind of upsells on additional features or services. I had made my intentions known from the beginning, and Dirk/Frank did everything they could to make the sales processes as transparent as possible. They broke down the various fees, pricing and processes step by step, with no pressure to "make a sale today." I would have no qualms about purchasing my next car from Dirk and Frank at Ganley, based on my experience thus far. More

Amazing dealer Amazing car! In my quest for a new car, I contacted many dealerships and test drove quite a few cars. The experience I had at Ganley BMW though, was totally differ In my quest for a new car, I contacted many dealerships and test drove quite a few cars. The experience I had at Ganley BMW though, was totally different and absolutely outstanding. The first person I met at Ganley BMW was Dirk, and I was highly impressed with his courtesy, hospitality, and perfect blend of professionalism and humor from the get go. What I liked most apart from his amazing knowledge about cars was his integrity and honesty. Very rarely do you come across a car dealer with as much character as Dirk. The first thing he did was break down a car lease into layman terms and explain everything very clearly and then went on to describe the 3 series in immaculate detail. When we went to test drive the 328xi, He explained the different aspects of the car and what separated BMW from every other car company. After we had made up our mind about the car, my wife and I wanted a set of specs and color combo that wasnt in the inventory. I still remember Dirk saying, 'given the time, we can make anything happen'. soon enough a car was brought in with those exact specs! We got a fantastic deal and again, Dirk spent a considerable time past closing time to set the car up and get us acquainted to the 328xi. I would highly recommend anyone in NE Ohio who wants a BMW to contact Dirk and Frank Steffen. This was by far my best dealership experience. Awesome people and they make an awesome team! You'll get the best service, the best people, and the No. 1 car at the best price! More
