This was very cool because I would have never been brave enough or felt comfortable testing the car out like this if I was test driving it myself. It was great to have this thorough demo before actually purchasing the car. No other car salesperson I have worked with has ever provided this type of hands on instruction or service. He even stayed late to accommodate our work schedules Overall this was the best experience I ever had when shopping for a car. Dirk did an excellent job of giving the full details of the vehicle including comparing and contrasting with the competition without bashing the competition, but rather, highlighting the value differentiat the vehicle including comparing and contrasting with the competition without bashing the competition, but rather, highlighting the value differentiators of the BMW. Having been to Ganley in the past and feeling high pressure salesmanship, I was skeptical my experience would be any different this time around. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It see pressure salesmanship, I was skeptical my experience would be any different this time around. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It seems there is new management in the sales department and I couldn't have been treated better! The sales staff was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about their product. Being an informed buyer, I often test sales people with less obvious facts about their product to see how much they really know about it. From the salesmen on the floor, to finance and even the sales manager, I was very impressed. I was back and forth between the new 3 series and a 5 series so I made several visits to the dealership. One might think I would be pressured into purchasing the more expensive 5 series but in fact, my salesman (Dirk) carefully considered my personal needs for the vehicle and recommended the less expensive 3 series. All in all, a very low pressure experience and I would highly recommend Ganley to anyone in the NE Ohio area in the market for a BMW. More
