We comfortably negotiated online, came to an agreement and was provided a sales order to confirm all terms. I received an e-mail regarding some BMW incentives that would allow me to turn in my current lease and lease a 2014 X3. He also spent considerable time reviewing all of the new navigation features. Dirk is extremely knowledgeable about BMW products and all of the options. My husband, who is not so easily impressed was telling his co-workers "he really knew his product". Dirk and Mr. Strecker were very courteous and made the transition from my 2011 X3 to the 2014 very smooth. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More

We took my old vehicle in for some warranty service and wound up leaving with a new car. We test drove the car in a snowstorm and I was sold. The 535 Gran Turismo with xdrive is amazing in the snow. Frank and Dirk Steffen were able to get us out of our old lease 6 weeks early and into a beautiful car that same day. Everything went very smoothly, no problems or promises broken. It was probably the best auto dealership experience I have ever had, from the service department to the sales team and the finance department. Everyone was friendly, respectful and honest. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate that experience! More
