I dearly love the X5 that I just purchased and I must say that the quality of the car is only surpassed by the quality of the people that I worked with over the last two days; Frank Steffen and Dirk Steffen treated me like a family member. Dirk helped me build the car that I wanted and his amazing knowledge of everything BMW made it a seamless process. Dirk is an excellent teacher and explained everything in a way that anyone can easily understand.... and there is a lot to learn about BMW's! I will return to him for my next one, and the next one and the one after that! Once Dirk had helped me build the perfect car, Frank worked with me on the price of my new, beautiful chariot; offering a very fair price for this wonderful automobile. Then I was on to Mike Niedzwiecki in Finance; he also explained everything as clearly as did Dirk and Frank. We determined what extra protection packages were appropriate for my driving needs and expectations. Again, my entire experience at BMW of Westlake could not have been any better. I'm a new BMW driver - and I had no knowledge of the BMW product line. I spent some time in their new showroom (seriously - it's amazing people) and Dirk and Dan helped me find the X4. I fell in love the moment I drove it. I had been comparing against the range over evoque and the lexus NX - and it blew it out of the water. Best yet - Dirk was amazing. He helped me so kindly and perfectly through the process - he and Dan even mocked up my car on a screen in the office and I was able to preview it in real time 3d. Amazing. Mike in their finance department helped me set everything straight - he was thorough and easy to work with. Even at the end their customer service manager (super kind and friendly guy - i forget his name though) came out and was so kind and encouraging. The entire process was amazing - they even have a special bay where you preview and see your new car for the first time. Seriously - this dealership does it right. I'm incredibly picky - I own my own business, and expect SO much from my staff here. I have HIGH customer service expectations - very high - because I expect that for MY clients. I was treated so well here. I'll go back again and again. More

Dirk spent a lot of time answering our questions and was not pushy - he wanted us to be comfortable with our decision and to even size up the competition before making a final decision. We were very impressed with Dirk's detailed knowledge of the BMW vehicles and his focus on the various safety features and options that the cars have. When it came time to work the financial details out, Dirk was very straightforward and did everything he could to get us in the car we really wanted. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to any prospective car buyer/friend/relative looking for a new car and am very grateful for his knowledge and introduction for us to the BMW family!
