I initially left a voicemail and was promptly called back by John Holliday, Toyota Facility General Manager, on 12/30/25. From the very first conversation, John was knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly competitive with pricing on the Toyota RAV4. Even though I briefly explored Honda dealerships afterward (and unfortunately had a poor experience elsewhere), the professionalism and responsiveness from Heritage Toyota truly stood out. Later that evening and again the following morning (12/30–12/31), I reconnected with John and his team about a different Toyota RAV4 model—specifically an AWD Hybrid. John and Gregory Nwaoha went FAR beyond what I ever expected, spending a significant amount of time walking me through pricing options and features with patience and care. In a truly remarkable show of dedication, Ben personally drove two hours each way to another Toyota dealership to bring back the exact vehicle I was interested in-ensuring it would be available at Heritage Toyota Owings Mills at the best price I was offered anywhere. On top of that, John coordinated for Ben to pick me up from my home in Columbia, MD, since I wasn’t trading in my vehicle and needed help getting to the dealership. That level of service is simply extraordinary. When I arrived, Gregory was incredibly professional and kind—even though I came in late, actually after closing time. The dealership officially closed at 6pm, yet Gregory stayed with me until after 8pm, patiently answering all of my questions. I spent nearly an hour carefully reviewing the financing application, and at no point did I feel rushed. Gregory’s knowledge of the RAV4 features is exceptional. During the test drive, we thoroughly explored the blind spot monitoring feature- I realized I hadn’t clearly communicated my expectations about how important this was for my new vehicle in advance. Gregory, Dmitri, and John all worked together to test settings and configurations multiple times. Dmitri and Gregory both drove the vehicle with me to help verify the feature, and we reviewed the manual together. Ultimately, the blind spot monitoring worked as designed, but not in the way I preferred (an audible alert when signaling). Because this feature is so important to me, I made the extremely difficult decision not to purchase that day. I felt terrible about how late everyone stayed-especially on New Year’s Eve-and even offered to compensate them all for their time. They refused without hesitation, repeatedly telling me they just wanted me to feel completely comfortable before making such an important purchase. Their kindness, professionalism, and integrity genuinely humbled me and makes me want to recommend anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to call or visit Heritage Toyota Owings Mills for an exemplary experience. This is my first car purchase and I thought that the price was the main priority - being supported by everyone at Heritage Toyota Owings Mills makes me feel that above and beyond service is the norm and even though I’m frugal, it’s a no-brainer to visit their facility to see if any of their vehicles meets your needs. I walked away incredibly impressed by John, Gregory, Dmitri, Ben, and the entire Heritage Toyota Owings Mills team. Even without completing a purchase, this was one of the most supportive, patient, and respectful customer experiences I have ever had. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend speaking with Heritage Toyota Owings Mills—they truly set the gold standard for customer service. More

Will Butler was incredibly professional, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service throughout my entire experience. He never hassled or pressured me, and instead went above and beyond to ensure provided outstanding customer service throughout my entire experience. He never hassled or pressured me, and instead went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, competent, and confident every step of the way. I was able to clearly communicate what I was looking for—including the year, make, and model—and Will delivered. He found the exact vehicle and had it transferred the very next day. Even though the dealership had double-booked appointments, requiring Will to juggle between me and another couple, he still made a sincere effort to ensure I didn’t feel dismissed or neglected. His attentiveness was especially appreciated, as I was there with a newborn. Thanks to Will’s dedication and professionalism, I left as a satisfied customer—in the exact car I wanted.
