I own a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that experienced an Airbag error recently. I brought it in for repair and the team identified and fixed the issue identified by code. They informed me immediately and contacted Volkswagen support. It took longer than expected so they provided a loaner vehicle while working to resolve the error. They were thoughtful of my experience and more than helpful in resolving the issue. I had been unsure about where my next vehicle purchase would be, but after this experience, I will be purchasing from Lakeland Volkswagen. Jeremy is knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. Ashleigh is kind and knowledgeable as well, and they both go above and beyond to make sure the customer experience is great. Excellent work - I appreciate them all and look forward to my next car buying experience with Dominic. More
