Had issues with my service that could have probably been overlooked if Jeremy wasn’t so unprofessional. From him not alerting me that they were missing a part for my service 2.5 hours after it started, to t overlooked if Jeremy wasn’t so unprofessional. From him not alerting me that they were missing a part for my service 2.5 hours after it started, to telling me he was surprised that I was right about what I suspected the issue with the car was because of my occupation, then telling me it wasn’t under warranty when I was quite sure it was. I made three separate trips to this Volkswagen for the same fix, which like I said, could have been overlooked if Jeremy wasn’t so disrespectful. He ended my experience by keeping my car until after business hours and having me pick it up after they closed, and then telling me outside at my car door (conveniently away from any other employees or cameras), “I hope we never have to see you again.” This statement was so shocking to hear from him after a month-long saga of coming to Lakeland Volkswagen for multiple different services, in which Lakeland Volkswagen and Jeremy made multiple missteps that caused inconveniences for me as a customer. I was fine to accept that mistakes are made and one day return if I needed assistance with my car again, but since Jeremy has told me that he, and maybe even everyone there, hopes he never has to see me again, I’ll drive as far as I have to in order to go somewhere else (which won’t be far, there’s Brandon, Wesley Chapel, North Tampa, in the other direction Orlando SW, Clermont). If Jeremy is going to be passive aggressive and unprofessional towards customers when he feels they have embarrassed him at work, then he shouldn’t work with customers and should take some time to self reflect and improve his service skills. Nobody likes going to get work done on their car, especially at a car dealership, and Jeremy somehow found a way to make it even worse. I could have written this review more concisely but I decided to put in about as much effort as Jeremy did while assisting me, so if it seems like I could have done better that’s why. More
