Second bad experience after years of good service. I dropped off car in morning for servicing ( oil change) before opening. I received a text stating additional work needed to be done. After respondin I dropped off car in morning for servicing ( oil change) before opening. I received a text stating additional work needed to be done. After responding to the text as instructed twice there was no response. I called multiple times and no one answered phone until lunch when answering service was responsible for calls. Was not able to speak to anyone regarding issues with my car. Picked up at end of day and staff was unable to answer questions regarding problems found and I am unsure oil was even changed. I will never return. I used to use dealership for convenience, however, service is unfortunately non- existent. Mazda is a great car manufacturer but I will not use southern Mazda of Newport News again. More

We went in early Saturday and we shown and test drove two CX 50s. One a hybrid and one gas. Miko took us through the process and Domenic gave us a fair deal. The people were super nice had great service felt like i worked there my self with them talking to me explaining everything and making sure i knew everything that was going on with my car I have had many ca worked there my self with them talking to me explaining everything and making sure i knew everything that was going on with my car I have had many car brands but mazda is definitely the best I have ever had and my family will continue to buy from them More
