Second bad experience after years of good service. I dropped off car in morning for servicing ( oil change) before opening. I received a text stating additional work needed to be done. After respondin I dropped off car in morning for servicing ( oil change) before opening. I received a text stating additional work needed to be done. After responding to the text as instructed twice there was no response. I called multiple times and no one answered phone until lunch when answering service was responsible for calls. Was not able to speak to anyone regarding issues with my car. Picked up at end of day and staff was unable to answer questions regarding problems found and I am unsure oil was even changed. I will never return. I used to use dealership for convenience, however, service is unfortunately non- existent. Mazda is a great car manufacturer but I will not use southern Mazda of Newport News again. More
