Dominic D'Alesio was an absolute pleasure to work with! !! NOTHING but the absolute truth and no BS and no lies. I had to wait 8 weeks from when I ordered my car (22 Civic ST 6MT) to when it was delivered t !! NOTHING but the absolute truth and no BS and no lies. I had to wait 8 weeks from when I ordered my car (22 Civic ST 6MT) to when it was delivered to the dealership. Whatever he knew he passed along to me. I live in STL but was very willing to go up to Chicagoland to buy because they were the ONLY dealership in a 300 miles radius I could find listing their vehicle for MSRP. No mark ups and no forced add-ons. From the minute I walked into the dealership until the minute I drove off with my car was only 90 minutes! I highly recommend Dominic and Valley Honda because they gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had. We had been searching for a new-to-us truck for some time, did a lot of research, went on several test drives, and went through some very bad experiences along the way. After seeing a Toyota Tundra onl time, did a lot of research, went on several test drives, and went through some very bad experiences along the way. After seeing a Toyota Tundra online, we reached out to Valley Honda and spoke with our salesman, Dominic D'Alesio. We live nearly 90 minutes from the dealership, so Dominic was able to provide walk-around and undercarriage videos of the vehicle prior to our driving that distance. He kept in communication with us throughout the process. Dominic made the process less stressful and restored our faith in dealerships. Our experience at Valley Honda was wonderful. We would buy another vehicle from Dominic and Valley Honda again in the future. More
