She asked if Honda made anything smaller than the CR-V. We built a HR-V on line and she loved it. We set up a test drive with Dominic. His communication was professional and when we pulled in, he had the car washed and warmed up. He never pressured the sale and answered all of our questions patiently. I would certainly refer a friend to Dominic if they were looking at Hondas. We left the dealership 90 minutes after we walked in with keys in hand and paper work complete.
