Communication is definitely not Reliable Nissans strong point. The most communication I got was from an employee named Stephanie who works outside of the service department. Reliable Nissan responded

This is a very unreliable establishment, they have no integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promo integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promoted to that position. With these managers attitudes you can see that it affects most of the employees too, because their attitudes were also disgusting. I wish no harm to the people at this establishment but I do hope there are changes but at this moment I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone. More
