Professional and Refreshing I have been a loyal customer to another GM brand for over 12 years and many leases. I wanted to look at another brand and chose Sarant. I am happy I d I have been a loyal customer to another GM brand for over 12 years and many leases. I wanted to look at another brand and chose Sarant. I am happy I did - I walked into the dealership and was impressed how they gave me time to walk and look around. After a few minutes Dom asked if I would like some help. It immediately turned into a very nice conversation that was not a pressure sale. Dom went through my options for my Escalade ESV and did not pressure me to make a decision. I decided on one a few days later and the transaction went smooth with no issues. The car was ready when they promised and Dom spent a bit of time explaining the car when I picked it up. It was a terrific experience knowing a sales consultant has been at a dealer for a number of years and actually cared about a customer. Every large dealership should take a page from Sarant and treat their customer with respect. More
