The service staff is also friendly and professional. It did take time to get an appointment for a standard oil change. Also had an inspection which uncovered a nail in my tire -so I appreciate that. However, the $50 charge to plug a tire seemed excessive, It also would have been nice to be offered water, coffee, or other refreshments while waiting. For a premium dealership, I expected more reasonable pricing or at least clearer justification for the costs. More
