He is knowledgable, kind and personable, three traits you usually don't find in sales staff when purchasing a car. He made the process of purchasing the car quick and easy. The business office also was helpful and low pressure. I did have to pay a dealer additional markup but they did lower the amount listed on the car sticker. Since the pandemic the auto sales industry has been difficult to navigate with car shortages according top the manufacturers. I have purchased 5 Hondas in my life time starting in 1985. Each one has been a great value and I would highly recommend owning a Honda. More
