Very helpful Jim was great and Don was very helpful. Helped us through the lease turn in process after my father passed away and KMF was overwhelmed with calls due Jim was great and Don was very helpful. Helped us through the lease turn in process after my father passed away and KMF was overwhelmed with calls due to pandemic. Jim also made us very comfortable wearing a mask and providing sanitizer wipes because he knew we were worried about being out. I would return anytime. I would suggest masks being required for all employees for their safety as well as ours but other than that I will return for my next car. More

It was 16 years old and we were the original owners. It was a great car, but we were forced to replace it. Jim was wonderful. He was warm, welcoming, understanding, patient and willing to do whatever he had to do to help us out. We gathered the information he gave us, made an appointment for the next day to test drive the Sorento that we both liked. It was a difficult time for us since we were not expecting to have to purchase a car at all, let alone during the time of a health crisis. The dealership was very respectful of the health guidelines and everyone was doing their best to take care of their customers needs. It was an amazing experience during a very stressful time, and yes we took home the beautiful Sorento.!
