During our car search, we were deflated by most car dealers approach to customers walking in, it almost seemed like we were bothering them, but NOT AT VALLEY HONDA, they were happy to see us~!~! Roland's knowledge of the Pilot, all it's features and how things actually work without having to look things up, ask someone or fumble with buttons was impressive given that it is an all new vehicle. Further, with Don Davis' help, the Valley team struck a deal with us quickly, located the vehicle in their production queue, kept us updated as to it's progress and notified us when it had arrived and was ready for us. The post purchase orientation experience was fantastic and educational. They thought of everything. More

He is a very professional salesperson who is pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. As a result of this, he is also a friend. I have also had the pleasure to meet other staff and work with some of them too. Jab Rahman was very efficient and accommodating. Don Davis helped resolve some issues in the most professional and comfortable way. He is excellent. A brief moment in the finance department with Mari Rios was pleasant, efficient and fun, which is not always the case in finance departments. I have had much experience with many dealerships over the years, some good and some not so good. But, by far this has been the best all round experience. Their service department and staff are also some of the nicest and best I've encountered. I highly recommend Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois. More
