This was my first new car purchase, and it was a quick and painless process from beginning to end. Most of all I was very impressed with my salesman, JD Olivares. Not only was he clear and direct in his communication style (over the phone and in person), but he is also an extremely genuine and trustworthy professional. His approach is quite natural and he did not come across as a pushy salesman and I didn't feel rushed. I came prepared and knew the deal that would work best for me and he definitely listened to me. I not only left Valley Honda with a brand new Honda Accord Coupe, but I also felt valued and respected as a new customer. Everyone I encountered at Valley Honda was attentive, patient and friendly. Thanks also to General Manager Don Davis for staying true to his word, and Sales Manager Kevin Frank for his assistance. Manager with a Heart Don Davis is a neighbor, but I had never purchased a car from him. We could not be more pleased with this experience. I expected Don to hand me off to one if his sales staff upon my first call to him. Not Don, he stayed in personal contact with us, answered a bunch of questions and guided us. He made me feel like I had an expert on our team -- like a brother.
