My husband and I had recently filed bankruptcy and had been to other car dealerships that treated us like dirt. J.D. treated us with compassion, kindness, and respect. He went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. With the help of a family member, we were able to purchase the vehicle that we had been leasing. Most people would not have wanted to work with us, but he was more than happy to sit down with us and make the process of purchasing the vehicle the most amazing car buying experience ever. We (my wife and I) were in a bit of a bind with a college aged daughter that needed a car -- right now and inexpensive. Don worked with us as if he was family and guided us to a perfect solution. We could not be more pleased with this experience. I expected Don to hand me off to one if his sales staff upon my first call to him. Not Don, he stayed in personal contact with us, answered a bunch of questions and guided us. He made me feel like I had an expert on our team -- like a brother. It is easy to see why this dealership is so successful when it's led by a man like Don Davis. Thanks Don, we will be back. More

Once I walked in the door, Julie introduced me to Jonathan. After I met these 2, I knew I wanted to do anything I could do to do business with Valley. I ended up trading in my Infiniti for a CRV 2016 Touring which I am over the moon about! Jonathan was great to work with, took time to explain differences of cars, etc to me, but I never felt pressured to purchase! It was all what makes sense for me. I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, who, was just as kind, professional, non pressuring as Julie and JD. I would highly recommend anyone to do business with Valley. And....they have amazing cars! I couldn't be happier with my CRV for ride, look and most important for my family, safety! More

I actually had an issue with the car that they tried to fix for me, not even so, to my satisfaction they actually switched me over to another identical one to make sure that I was happy & taken care of. Leesley was very professional, patient & fast. I also worked with Don the GM who was so great & told me that he will go out of his way & the normal procedures to make sure I am satisfied with the car that I bought. Eventually she connected me with Don who was incredibly paitent and understood my situation. In the end, eveyrone worked very diligently to get me the car I wanted as well as get a fair trade-in value on my existing car. All around very impressed with the high touch and honesty during the buying/trade-in process. Would recommend both as I enjoyed my experience and once I arrived to pick up my new car, it was very efficient and everything went as we all agreed to. And Elizabeth even came in on her off day knowing I was coming from out of town and she thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions! Thank you!!! More

We did not know if we wanted to buy or lease and if we wanted a Civic or the CRV. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and made to feel comfortable. We explained our circumstances and was introduced to Mr. Kevin Hanna. He showed us both cars and explained in detail each one. He also took the time to explain the difference between leasing and buying as it pertained to us. We kept going back and forth and Kevin was very patient and understanding. We finally decided we wanted to lease the CRV and we took it for a test drive. He again explained the CRV as we were driving. He showed us the service department, quick lube department, and the wash bay. After the sale was done he set our CRV up and went thru all the equipment so we knew where it was and how to operate it. So much time was spent on us and making sure we were comfortable and happy and getting what we wanted and needed. Valley Honda, Kevin Hanna, and the entire staff there are the best. Customers for life !!!!! Thanks again !!!!! This was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. More
