I ordered a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring mod and the General Manager Don Davis of this Honda Dealership literally saved Honda from losing a customer. I ordered a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring model and during my delivery inspection, found several paint defects such as scratches and dust that had gotten under the clear coat causing raised bumps. I fully understood that this was not the dealerships fault but rather Honda manufacturing. I ended up refusing delivery and was having second thoughts of even purchasing a Honda vehicle. Being a long time General Motors owner, since my father was employed their, I benefited from their employee discount program. If you don't know, I would typically receive 7-8% off MSRP so as you may see why I would even give Honda a second chance. You could see that Randall was totally embarrassed and he assured me that this is not how his Dealership operates and that I would be getting a call from the General Manager Don Davis very soon. Well, soon after I did receive that call and I expressed my displeasure and loss of confidence in Honda's ability to produce a vehicle up to my standards. Don immediately took care of my concerns, ordered a new vehicle and threw in their paint protection plan plus as a nice gesture threw is a bunch of accessories if I would stay with Valley Honda and let them prove to me that they are the best. Well, as I write this review I have 82 miles on my new Honda and let me say, the paint job was flawless. The team at Valley Honda really came through and above all, my Sales associate Randall Rosen has texted and called to make sure that I was completely satisfied with absolutely everything. So far, I am glad I decided to jump the GM ship and purchase a Honda vehicle. The safety features on these vehicles are outstanding and being a Certified Safety Professional, that is VERY important to me and my family. Randall, seriously. Honda needs to give you an award because I was almost ready to tell you that I would not be doing business with Valley or Honda. You really pulled me back in and you and your team have delivered on all of your promises to date. Congratulations. I'm not an easy customer! ;) More

While the store was very busy, they kept the process moving like I was the only customer they had. They explained the process very clearly after I selected the vehicle that I wanted and followed through on everything they said. The dealership was extremely clean and inviting. Brian, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and walked me through the technology and set the vehicle up for me so that I could just drive off and enjoy. I would recommend that anyone looking for a Honda, look at this store first. More

Hands Down Best Experience to Date! I dread stepping foot on a dealer lot, it gives me anxiety. Most all sales people are pushy and I feel like they don't listen cause all they care abo I dread stepping foot on a dealer lot, it gives me anxiety. Most all sales people are pushy and I feel like they don't listen cause all they care about is making the sale. That was not the case at Valley Honda. I live in Janesville, WI therefore, it was important for the financing side to be as complete as possible before making a 2 hour drive to find out if the deal would or wouldn't work for me. Within a matter of minutes after sending the online information request, Julie contacted me. She was very pleasant to work with and incredibly helpful. Not long after, Randall contacted me to give me some more information on the CX-9 I was interested in. What I appreciated is that he never once tried to push me into a new vehicle, he instantly became my favorite car sales man of all time. Julie, the finance team and Randall together were able to get my paperwork completely approved and ready for signing before I even stepped foot inside the dealership, making the purchasing process that much easier. We did have an issue with the vehicle when we were driving back to WI however, the manner in which it was handled was beyond impressive. The service team owned responsibility and went above and beyond to ensure it was not only corrected but that we were completely satisfied. During that process the GM took time out of his day to chat with us and be sure the situation was handled and that we were well taken care of. A member of management followed up halfway through my drive home to be sure everything was still okay and Randall followed up a couple days later. I will be referring all my family and friends to Randall for any future car needs, he (and the whole Valley Honda team) were an absolute pleasure to work with!! Thank you to all of you! More
