Larry had spoken to Nick Poole several times on the phone and Nick convinced him to come and check out what they had. We decided to take the 1 1/2 hr drive to see the vehicles. When we arrived Nick was right there waiting for us. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. We took a drive and were sold on the Honda Odyssey. After the paperwork we came home. That was a very good experience but the following is what really impressed us with Valley Honda. About two weeks with the van our passenger sliding door stopped working in a partially open position. We tried everything but couln't get it to work. So on Saturday he drove back to see what could be done. Sam Kim a very personable young man worked to get our van fixed. We did not have a warranty but since it was only ours for a few weeks they went out of their way to make it right. This all happened with the help of a gracious woman named Rose and her manager Don. No pressure at all during the entire sale. He worked to get what we needed, not what he wanted to sell. One major highlight is how he sat in my new Civic with me to go over all the features and explain how all functions work in the vehicle. He spent a great amount of time with me trying to get a feature set up on my phone to link to the Civic. Valley Honda - We are home again ! My wife was a driving factor in coming back to Honda. You see we purchased our first Honda in 1984. I loved that car, and purchased three more from My wife was a driving factor in coming back to Honda. You see we purchased our first Honda in 1984. I loved that car, and purchased three more from that OTHER dealership. We went back to look at Honda's there, and they would not even give us the time of Day. (BIG MISTAKE). So my wife drove to Valley Honda, walked in and looked into a 2014 CRV. After a few minutes, a gentleman approached her and asked if she had any questions. He said that she should take her time, and see him with any further questions about the CRV. That man was Nick Poole. After ten minutes my wife asked Nick questions in rapid fire. Nick accepted each question, and answered every one of them. He then took us on a test drive, and getting back in the Honda was like going home after a long tour of duty. Everything in the vehicle was right where it was suppose to be, and seat felt like sitting in your favorite chair. Nick took us through the entire dealership. Showed us their inventory, service shop, parts department, and waiting area. The whole building is so clean, you could eat dinner in the service department. Upon our return to the showroom we were introduced to the Sales Manager, Kurt, and then the Owner of the dealership, Bob. On the night we picked the vehicle, General Manager, Don introduced himself to my wife, gave her his card and told her she could call him anytime with any question she may have in the future. It was easy to see why everyone in this dealership is professional. You are truly back home when you walk into Valley Honda. Needless to say we took home a Honda again.
