It started off wonderful. Don (salesman) and Nichols (Finance Manager) were fantastic. There was no desired vehicle available on the lot to take home. There was paperwork on a vehicle that met my requ (Finance Manager) were fantastic. There was no desired vehicle available on the lot to take home. There was paperwork on a vehicle that met my requirements so we agreed on a purchase and proceeded with the purchase. Vehicle was scheduled to be on a different Subaru lot on 5/11/21. I was told it would be a few days late but would be available on 5/22/21. Today 5/25/21 I texted my salesman and he informs me that they haven’t heard from the other dealership. I’ve been patient but my patience is getting shorter. Maybe it’s time to go another route. More
