Don and Caleb put us in our last Jeep and we loved it. Don and Caleb did it again 2019 Jeep with everything we asked for. Don and Caleb always make the purchase so easy and stress free. Very disappointed I have waited almost a week to give this review because I can’t even believe what happened there. So after waiting for an hour and a half for an oil c I have waited almost a week to give this review because I can’t even believe what happened there. So after waiting for an hour and a half for an oil change, the service advisor has to redo my papers three times. To me it was still wrong, since with my coupon I have paid for the last four years $34.95 plus tax. I was charged almost $48. Different oil I was told. Whatever , I needed to get home for another appointment. So I paid. When I entered my vehicle it smelled like someone literally has a bowel movement on my seat! Could not believe it! I had to drive with my window down half way home because it was so disgusting! Won’t be back!! More
