My wife and I were in the market for a new Tahoe. After looking for a while within a 250+ mile radius of Pensacola, we were unable to find anything equipped and in the color scheme that we were looking for looking for a while within a 250+ mile radius of Pensacola, we were unable to find anything equipped and in the color scheme that we were looking for, not to mention the outrageous dealer "upcharges" or "market corrections" that some were adding on top of sticker price. We eventually made it to Pete Moore Chevrolet, where we struck up a conversation with PK, who was very personable and genuinely interested in our needs as a family. Due to ongoing COVID-related supply issues, vehicle inventory was low, but he kept in touch regarding our interest. After a couple of weeks, he was very straightforward in suggesting that we order a new vehicle equipped exactly as we wanted. He helped us through the order process, made sure we knew what to expect as far as lead time delivery, and when the vehicle finally arrived (which actually wasn't too long of a wait considering the circumstances), he and Don in the finance department made the purchasing process great, even though we went with an outside lender. We never felt pressured at any point, and we are loving our new 2022 Tahoe. We would gladly recommend working with Pete Moore Chevrolet and their team, most notably PK for helping us achieve our dream. More

He was accommodating and patient. He showed us several options that fit our budget. He was very professional and courteous. The sales manager gave us a fair deal on our trade and worked with us on the price of the truck we were purchasing. The price was in line with the market conditions for pickup trucks right now, so that's not the dealership's fault. Still a thing for buyers to consider. Pete Moore Chevy was much more reasonable than some other big names in the area with regard to pricing and "market adjustments." That's all I'll say about that. Since we were paying cash the process was more smooth than I could ever hope it to be. Don in the finance office was friendly and also very professional. I enjoyed our conversation. I never felt pressured. The process was quick and easy. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Pete Moore Chevy over the years and I will definitely consider giving them my business again when we need it in the future. More
