Raised in a small town in Iowa, my family's corner drugstore taught me business lessons at a young age. However, my interest in cars and mechanics led me to the automotive world starting with a VW Super Beetle at 12 yrs old. This led to a 3 year stint in mechanics, 17 years in parts and accessories, and now 2 years in vehicle sales. Helping people find their new car that fits their lifestyle and budget is the best part of my job.

The best car buying experience that I’ve had. The manager was awesome and so was the finance manager, Ms. Joelle Williams. She made me feel comfortable and got me a very good deal on my purchase. Jon Black is a good sales person but I think he should brush up on Toyota technology. Preston is an amazing person. Hands down the best sales manager. He’s very empathetic and definitely has intentions to make life long customers and wants to build a strong work relation with customers. This dealership has to be one of the best in all of the USA. My experience has been better than expected. I say this because customer service has been great, even though I was not able to drive away with my pre-owned vehicle after committing to purchasing I say this because customer service has been great, even though I was not able to drive away with my pre-owned vehicle after committing to purchasing it well above what I wanted to spend because of problems that should have been corrected when they did their "thorough" inspections. Besides this issue and still waiting for repairs to be made, the team has taken care of me with a loaner vehicle until everything is right again. Hats off to them for being as busy as they are and still trying to make things right for me and my family. I still, wish they would have helped me out with something that seats my whole family. Still excellent IMO More
