I took my C250 in for its B Service. It was discovered that I needed to replace my battery. Don left a message for me to call him but for some reason it didn’t come through. After a coup It was discovered that I needed to replace my battery. Don left a message for me to call him but for some reason it didn’t come through. After a couple hours Don asked his assistant to call me and explain what was found. He gave me all the pertinent information and I said to go ahead and replace the battery. As always, everything was handled in a very professional manner. I’m always happy with the service here. More

A few days later the auxiliary light came on so I re service on my car. I took my car in for annual service and also had a new car battery installed. A few days later the auxiliary light came on so I returned the car to address this issue. When I went to pick up my car, the driver door would not lock so I instead had to leave my car to have this new issue fixed. I received a call the next day saying it would be another day because the wrong part was ordered. The following day I received another call saying it would be another day because the wrong rivets were ordered. When I finally picked up my car I discovered after driving off that my car doors did not automatically lock as usual. I also discovered that I could not open my driver door even though my automatic key was with me so I had to manually push the open button on my key to unlock the door and in addition the car door alarm did not work either. Once again I had to return my car to have the computer system for the door reworked. All this caused needless inconvenience and frustration. Why didn't the car technicians check all these factors on the door before releasing my car? More
