I’ve always had a good experience with Mercedes of Salem. We met Brian a year ago when we were just starting our search for a Sprinter van. Even though we didn’t purchase one through him, he was very helpful and paved our path to our Storyteller Overland van. He’s a great guy and we hit it off immediately. And Eli, I just got off the phone with him, he helped me all set up with the new Mercedes me connect app. He was very polite and professional throughout the call and answered any question I had without hesitation.
