Best In Class Car-Buying Experience We have purchased two vehicles at RBM of Alpharetta and serviced three there over the past 4 years. Kyle is consistently a great communicator, highly- We have purchased two vehicles at RBM of Alpharetta and serviced three there over the past 4 years. Kyle is consistently a great communicator, highly-responsive, and tireless when it comes to making the buying experience seamless and hassle-free. Lisa in finance also breezed us through the paperwork-she was clearly prepared to consummate the transaction in the shortest possible amount of time, which is what we were hoping for. Don in service is my favorite-always to the point, knowledgeable, and receptive to budgets when vehicle warranties expire and repair bills are more than desired.. (We serviced a 9 year-old Mercedes with Don as well as our newer ones) Don't buy a Mercedes anywhere else-that's my candid review. More

It's really not about an automobile acquisition but rather the nature and kindheartednes The story of my Mercedes purchase may be different than most. It's really not about an automobile acquisition but rather the nature and kindheartedness of those I had dealings with as I went through the process. In April 2016 I met Mr. Derrick Wynn who was randomly referred to me by the kind ladies at RBM's reception desk. Derrick and I began the process of building a 2017 SL550 Roadster. In May the order was submitted and a deposit taken. In August / September I had further discussion with Derrick about acquiring a 2016 S550. Had to have the right color and trim package, much to Derrick's chagrin I'm sure but he always was very accommodating and delighted to search for "just the right car". It was found in Miami. Arrangements were made to have it trucked to RBM and a deposit was taken. The S & SL arrived at RBM about the same time that I began feeling ill. Derrick kept in touch but was constantly met with my reluctance to make such a purchase while not knowing of my medical condition. This dialogue went on for a couple of months or more. Throughout the process of my delays Derrick maintained the attitude of caring much more about my well-being than that of making a sale. A few days after leaving the hospital, I went to the dealership to inform them that I would not be purchasing either of the automobiles. Contrary to my thinking that there would be objections, I was welcomed with smiles, hugs and handshakes from everyone I'd had dealings with. Derrick led the pack and Donnie Moore (Manager) was close behind. Never once did Derrick ask about when I was going to purchase anything. Rather, he offered encouragement for recovery. Both he and Donnie offered complete understanding of my life's circumstance. Refunding my deposits was done without my asking. Derrick continued to stay in touch with my medical status offering encouragement. At the insistence of my wife and as a gift to myself, December 2016 I purchased the SL550. Derrick says he "held it for me". This may be true as his faith in my recovery may have led to that conclusion. Needless to say, Derrick, Donnie and the ladies at the reception desk have made this acquisition a pleasure. I truly felt as though I was a member of their families, never just another commission-able individual. I will certainly be purchasing another Mercedes from RBM, I truly hope their "after the sale" service is as good and as enjoyable. Pam made her best effort to explain all of the operating elements of the car to me the day of deliver. I've been back to see her once. The second visit was conducted in the same thorough, informative and friendly manner as the first. She truly knows the inter-workings of this vehicle and is patient enough to simplify what appears to be complex and confusing. Well done!! More

FABIAN WILL TAKE THE BEST CARE OF YOU! FABIAN TAFUR is the only Mercedes Sales Consultant you should ever consider using if you want a A+ car purchase experience. Also, if you think excell FABIAN TAFUR is the only Mercedes Sales Consultant you should ever consider using if you want a A+ car purchase experience. Also, if you think excellent communication is part of that perfect A+ experience, no other consultant could have ever had better communication skills than Fabian. Fabian exerts zero pressure, and none of those games that other sales consultants play, no exaggerations or any of that stuff. I hate that. I have purchased many cars in my life, and I can tell you that Fabian is one of a kind. I have worked closely with Fabian on the purchase of a beautiful Mercedes since April and I just took delivery in late June. I had specific details of things that I really wanted on this new car. Fabian made sure each and every single detail was taken care of. And most importantly, in that 3 month period Fabian has never gotten sick of me texting him day after day, and even unknowingly to me, even while he was on vacation with his sweet family, he still answered me immediately! What other sales consultants do that, especially AFTER you have already purchased the car from them? Its really because Fabian cares, and he care about his customers. Fabian is patient and he really makes you feel like he is your best friend who is helping you buy a car. I have to disclose that I just met Fabian this past spring when I was looking for a car. He is not my son, or family! You will love Fabian, and you will have a wonderful car purchasing experience with Fabian Tafur! Tell Fabian that Cathy referred you! Great service, knowledgeable service advisors & salespeople My wife and I have owned 2 Mercedes automobiles (E class and ML class) since 2003. We had both vehicles serviced at RBM in Sandy Springs, GA, and our My wife and I have owned 2 Mercedes automobiles (E class and ML class) since 2003. We had both vehicles serviced at RBM in Sandy Springs, GA, and our service advisor was Dan Berry. When RBM opened a new store in Alpharetta, they moved Dan to that location which was actually more convenient to my home, so we continued having Dan take care of our service needs. Dan was always very courteous and impressively knowledgeable about which services were coming up, so we always felt that he was looking out for our financial interests as well as for the reliability of our cars. Dan has since moved into the sales department, so other RBM service advisors (Carl Denton and Don Retajski) are helping us maintain our vehicles now. The entire RBM staff is courteous and helpful, and they are true professionals. We do not take our vehicles anywhere else for service, because we trust RBM to provide us the best possible factory-trained support. When the time comes for us to buy new Mercedes-Benz vehicles, we will confidently rely on Dan Berry to provide the same level of professional attention to us as he did when he was our service advisor for so many years. As well as Dan knows the cars, I can't imagine buying a Mercedes-Benz from anyone else. More
