The minute I met Don I knew we were fortunate enough to be once again paired with a wonderful salesperson. He was fabulous to work with and that included my trade in. From selection to trade in, to delivery we were so very pleased. I even texted Don for my VIN number and he was back to me in literally one minute with it, and did not mention to me that I had it on the sales paperwork. I noticed it after I had received his reply. We took delivery of the car today and I had to call him twice! Ok, so I am not thinking a car door should have to be open to actually shut the car off and I stared at every button and not once did I recall that the radio stayed on til you open the car door. He told me and we had a good laugh. Everyone, should be so fortunate to deal with Don. I honestly have to say this is my second experience with Gateway and it will not be my last. I worked in the past with Wendy Schiavone, who is a gem and while this was my first opportunity to work with Zach Nagler, he too meshed well with the rest of the team. While not involved with this transaction, I have used the service department and they too are top notch. In fact, I had my car in for routine service and I had a visiting relative that had a problem with her car and they squeezed her in at the same time. Thanks to one and all. Suffice to say. This is the gold standard for a dealership. More

2018 Chevy Sonic purchase i would like to personally thank Brian, Don and Zac for a professional and courteous sales transaction from an out of state buyer from New York on Fe i would like to personally thank Brian, Don and Zac for a professional and courteous sales transaction from an out of state buyer from New York on Feb 28 2019, upon finding the car in the only color i wanted online on there website, i have to honestly say, the complete sales transaction was as streamlined and straight forward as you can get .The car was represented as being as close to new as you can get with 3,770 miles on it upon arriving at the dealership after my 5 hour drive from long island new york and seeing the car hands on i was actually very impressed with the straight forward description of the car along with the look and layout of the dealership. I would also like to thank Don for for following me down 3 miles to Hertz in Salisbury to return my one way rental. Thats what i call customer service Thanks again guys keep up the good work. More
