Don was born and raised in Baltimore, MD but has lived on the Eastern shore most of his life. He comes to us from an extensive retail background and is customer driven. Don likes to spend his free time with his wife, two children and their dog Rex. In his spare time Don is an active member at his Church, loves to work on cars, and when not working outside or around the house he is supporting his hometown football team the Baltimore Ravens.

Excellent Customer Service My husband and I purchased a Subaru Impreza today. Don Scullen was our Sales Representative and Zachary Nagler was the Finance Repesentative. This was My husband and I purchased a Subaru Impreza today. Don Scullen was our Sales Representative and Zachary Nagler was the Finance Repesentative. This was our 2nd Subaru purchased and this was a much quicker, informative and non stressful experience. The 1st purchase was at a different dealership. Mr. Scullen was very knowledgeable about all the cars Subaru offered. He went out to our new car and showed us how all the buttons and whistles worked. This helped us be more at ease with the new car. I would recommend requesting him if you are interested in buying a Subaru! Mr. Nagler was very friendly and quick in finishing our paperwork. He and Mr. Scullen are an asset to Gateway. I would recommend Gateway for anyone wanting to purchase a new car. We will be going back when we are ready for our next car. More

Problems with Certified Pre-Owned The employees at Gateway Subaru have been extremely helpful and friendly, unfortunately they did not service the vehicle properly during the certifica The employees at Gateway Subaru have been extremely helpful and friendly, unfortunately they did not service the vehicle properly during the certification process for the certified pre-owned vehicle I purchased. About 15 miles down the road after purchasing my 2016 certified vehicle, the TPMS light went off. When I stopped to check the tire pressures the right side of the car had pressures of 35-36 and the left side had pressures of 26-27 when the goal ranges are 29 and 30. I then fixed the tire pressures and the light remained on. I took it to my local dealer (Gateway Subaru was about 3 hours away) and they had to reset all of the TPMS sensors as they did not do that at Gateway when rotated the tires. And now I have to get my car aligned, that always was not done properly. Overall, they provided very excellent service, just disappointed in the tire issues. Would recommend this dealer, just be sure to verify tire pressures before leaving the dealer. More
