This is our 3rd Subaru from Gateway (5th in total) and there is a closer dealership to our home, but working with these people is like working with family and we will always go directly there. We had the pleasure this time of working with Don Scullen, the sales manager and Barb Sieger and Zach Nagler. We had already worked with both Don and Zach who were both outstanding, but Barb was new to us and she was just the cherry on the top of the cake. They are professional, kind, caring, patient and knowledgeable. We so love this place and the service department is equally as excellent as they are. So if you have tried another dealer I will say, give Gateway a try and you will see the difference. More
