Recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from these fine fellows at Suburban Toyota. Don, Zach, and Joe were fantastic. Not only were they communicative, responsive, informative, they were a great help to myself and my wife during this time . the flexibility they showed us was greatly appreciated period often during the car buying process I was at work and they were able to deliver the car to our home and allowed us to finish the paperwork at the house. We had previously had bought a used car from them in the past and we're very pleased to have returned to them to purchase another car. considering we just have two brand new cars we probably won't be looking in the market for a while period but when we are we most likely go back to them! We test drove 5 cars from different dealerships and there was only one other that was close to the experience we had with Don. Unfortunately, the model we were seriously considering was not available and we was only one other that was close to the experience we had with Don.
