When I went to look at the car he had it ready to go for a test drive. He worked with me on pricing and gave me more for my trade in than Blue Book. As well as giving me a Carfax without having to ask for it he gave me hard copies of all the service work that had been done to the car, which was substantial. Knowing that a full inspection of the car as well as a complete brake job front and rear shows the integrity of the dealership. Also the financing rate they got me was lower than I expected.....VERY HAPPY !! More

My odd request of a personal undercarriage inspection of the vehicle was met with a yes and expedient mobilization of service staff to meet my request. Such treatment made haggling difficult as I was already getting everthing I wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to make Toyota of Farmington a first stop when looking for another vehicle. More

Ensured everything was done so when my vehicle arrived all I had to do was sign the papers and get the keys. Then he handed me off to Zach. Zach found the best financing deal, explained my options for additional services - no pressure sales - just here is what Toyota has to offer and this is what I recommend and why. Don was very knowledgeable and explained all of the new gadgets on my 2019 RAV 4. He stayed late and made a second appointment with me after I had a chance to drive the car for a bit, gave me his cell phone and said I could call with any questions. Not something I have ever experienced at a dealership before - usually once the paperwork is signed they are done with you until you need another vehicle. Yes, I did buy a vehicle that is pricey but I felt like this was a normal day for all three of them - doing what they do every day with smiles, jokes and extensive knowledge of the products they sell. I would like to think I would have been treated the same if I had bought any other vehicle they had for sale. I am looking forward to a continued relationship with the great staff at Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills! KB More
