He knew about the vehicle's history (verified with CARFAX) and options. The vehicle was exactly as shown on the website. After the test drive, we discussed purchase price including the value of my trade-in. The price was the lowest around for comparable vehicles. Marty was very accommodating as we could not take delivery of the vehicle right away. The vehicle was for my daughter. When she arrived to finalize the transaction and pick up the vehicle, she received the same great service from Marty and his team that I did.
