Unfortunately, this experience of being charged for services that were not done was both disappointing and dangerous. While the service was a simple oil change, after getting home that afternoon and having the oil light come on, I had to go to a local service station. I subsequently discovered that there was no oil in the engine which could have completely, irreparably damage the engine. This impacted my trust with what I thought was quality service.
