My problem is not with the actual work done to the vehicle and majority of your service writers are good. My problem is every time I go schedule a service through your website, I log in to the Germain vehicle and majority of your service writers are good. My problem is every time I go schedule a service through your website, I log in to the Germain website and choose my Vehicle (make, model, year, VIN) that I want serviced. This time I scheduled an oil change. The website said the cost for my oil change would be $84.17. When I go to check out, the price is $50 higher. (And, this is not the first time this has happened). No one can explain why the website has one price and when I go to check out, I get charged a higher price. I understand, and am well aware, of what my car needs and uses. $50 is not going to make her break me. My issue is - - why isn't the website accurate when I am choosing a specific service for my specific car? How hard is that? You are Germain. You are one of the biggest car dealerships in Ohio (and other states) and you are the only Lexus dealership in all of Central Ohio. You mean to tell me the prices for service on your website can't be accurate? And, no one is supposed to question the pricing when your website quotes one price and you go to check out and it is always a higher price? Also, I have had several service writers tell me there are certain recommended services for my car, but no one can explain to me why the service is recommended other than it is the manufacturer's suggestion. You are asking me to pay thousands of dollars for a service that you can't tell me why it's needed or what it does....???!!! At this point, I'm recommending going out of town to service my car. More

I'm going to start hy saying that their valet and register desk are great people and give great service. I won't say that all my visits there have been bad but the last 3 most definitely have been a register desk are great people and give great service. I won't say that all my visits there have been bad but the last 3 most definitely have been a waste of my money and bad service. They didn't listen and in the end my car is still driving bad and their solution is for me to buy the same tires I just bought less than 6 months ago when this all started. I dont feel like I was heard and my vehicle is driving worse now than it did after driving 20hrs here with stuff in my vehicle. That's just stupid to pay to have my car get worse and no accountability yet more suggestions of me spending more money with them. Smh. More
