After the "sale" they continued to support my needs with the vehicle. The service department is outstanding...Ben Owings my service advisor has worked with me through a couple of O E M parts installations. He to is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and competent. What he tells me is so. He has assisted me to get my Gladiator in the shop on very short notice. Not connected to online site I set up appointments online but the information never gets sent to the dealership. This has been going on for years. I make an appointment online, wi I set up appointments online but the information never gets sent to the dealership. This has been going on for years. I make an appointment online, with multiple thing to do and everything looks ok. We go to the appointment and they don't have any information that I entered so we have to make another appointment to finish the work. Either have the online stuff work and communicate it to the dealership or get rid of it. When the work is done, we are happy with everything else. 5 stars for the mechanics and 1 star for the appointment system. More
