Sales experience was fine. Financing and delivery was painful. I’m an out of State buyer, they told me that as a service they handle title and registration. Nice…what they failed to disclose is they char painful. I’m an out of State buyer, they told me that as a service they handle title and registration. Nice…what they failed to disclose is they charge you $135 for that “service” I tried to opt out and they would not allow me to. I then had to take the vehicle for VIN inspection in my state which the State would not process without the title paperwork held by the dealership…so, now, I’ll have to go back to The DMV after the fact and get it VIN inspected at a later date, once all the rest of my paperwork is done. It was actually much more painful than if I had been allowed to handle titling on my own. The dealership was not helpful in offering any alternatives or refunding the bogus fee that was not disclosed. I will not buy here again. More

This dealership was amazing! We had a time limit that day and they got us in and out of there with time to spare! They even let us take the truck home for the weekend because of our time limit!
