Things are looking up We had purchased our Kia Soul here 2 years ago and the service etc was perfect. We have recommended Jim Butler to several others and 2 went on to buy We had purchased our Kia Soul here 2 years ago and the service etc was perfect. We have recommended Jim Butler to several others and 2 went on to buy cars there. So we were saddend when we purchased our newer Kia Sorento last week and things weren't as advertised by the sales person. we reached out to Mike Brewer and he has been working tirelessly to get us our second key and working to get our tow package functional. He also worked with Doug Darr who has been a great help with working things out. We felt our salesperson dropped us after the sale and we are so happy that we had Mike to go to. He made himself available to us from the start and we want to thank him! We also enjoyed dealing with Dalton Kiley in the service department. More

My car went in to get the paint fixed There was some spots on the car that had the paint messed up. It was from the factory so they fixed it for us.
