Staff were professional from the point which I inquired on the car to the point I drove off the lot. We decided on a price including the cost of my 2010 Toyota Camry trade-in before I came in to the dea on the car to the point I drove off the lot. We decided on a price including the cost of my 2010 Toyota Camry trade-in before I came in to the dealership die to me living several hours from their dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership it became apparent there was a miscommunication among staff regarding the photos I sent them of my vehicle and the sales manager had not seen them before agreeing to place a certain value for my car. Despite this, they still honored the deal we originally agreed upon before I drove about 5:30 hrs to purchase my new Giulia. That honesty and integrity is very valuable to me and for that reason on top of the friendliness of staff and how knowledgable they all were, I would easily recommend others to do business with them when purchasing their next Alfa Romeo, Fiat or any other vehicle they have available.
