We had an outstanding experience purchasing our 2026 Subaru Touring XT at Five Star Subaru Grapevine. Prior to visiting Grapevine, we went to two other dealerships in Plano and McKinney and were disappointed by the lack of customer service, transparency, and overall value. At Five Star Subaru Grapevine, our salesperson, Jaylon Johnson, was friendly, professional, attentive to our needs, and never applied pressure to make a purchase. What impressed us most was the transparency throughout the process. We were provided with a clear and detailed purchase order that outlined the vehicle specifications and final pricing upfront, something the other dealerships did not offer. More

We handled all the paperwork online and via text, which made the entire process incredibly convenient and stress-free. This is our third Subaru we've bought from 5 Star Subaru, and we've consistently loved the experience—from sales to the service department and finance team. Everyone here is truly outstanding and genuinely cares about their customers.
