STUCK AT SHORT HILLS MALL I was Christmas's shopping at the short hills mall and my Volvo got stuck with a flat tire I called the 800 number and they towed me to Smythe Volvo I was Christmas's shopping at the short hills mall and my Volvo got stuck with a flat tire I called the 800 number and they towed me to Smythe Volvo around the Conner it was late afternoon when I arrived ,I was meet by the service manager Allen who assured me they will get a new tire on my car and get me and my little ones home safe the staff was great nick, tony Dennis and Tom, Doug they made sure a service person stayed to replace my tire something my dealer said they could not do for me, you now have a customer for life I LOVE THIS PLACE. More

Fantastic service, great advice. Doug helped me arrange a mini-overhaul of my 2006 Volvo XC90. I had bought the car used, and while it was in great cosmetic and mechanical condition, Doug helped me arrange a mini-overhaul of my 2006 Volvo XC90. I had bought the car used, and while it was in great cosmetic and mechanical condition, some of the wearables weren't well looked after and it had been a long time since a "full" service including deep down diagnostics. I wanted the car to be running at its best for winter and the years to come. Obviously, this wasn't going to be a cheap process but Doug was fantastic in advising me what was necessary and what was a 'want' as opposed to a 'need'. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. including dealing with a useless warranty company, and made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way. His knowledge is incredible. I look forward to going back to Smythe for a new car in the future and working with Doug again. How every service experience should be. More

Initially, the conversations I had with Kevin Flanagan about the car were extremely helpful. His knowledge of the specific car and matching it to my needs really helped sell me on the idea that this was the car for me. After that he and his team did a great job of walking me through the purchase process which was a bit more complicated than normal as I am buying it as part of a corporate team. The arrival of the car and the transfer to me were handled in an a great manner. Again Kevin was there to make me feel comfortable. just as importantly one of his team, Ashley Butfiloski did a fantastic job of walking me through all the details about how the car and its systems work. I can truly say I never received a car before with that much information on how and what to do. An outstanding job by everybody involved and thank you. More

I will only buy Volvos so I can go to Smythe dealership. I've been contemplating a new car and was thinking of another brand. However, I recently needed my Volvo to be repaired by Smythe. It dawned on me I would never be serviced by Doug, Tom and the Smythe staff if I chose to drive a different car. So I'm going back to Smythe for my next car. Another Smythe Volvo. At my last visit at Smythe, Doug(one of my favorites) helped me check in for repair. He was courteous, kind and even gave me a warning to look both ways before I cross the street with my kids! It's very stressful when my car needs help because I'm not familiar with automotive. At times, being a woman, we can be taken advantage of with certain things. This never crosses my mind when I'm at Smythe. I've been with them for many many years and know they are trust worthy. Hands down the best service and place to buy a Volvo. Did I mention I moved miles away and still go to Smythe? They are that good. More
