I have over forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

Great Service I would like to compliment Doug MacAdam. He is always attentive and ensures I get called back and am up to date with the status of my car. Most recent I would like to compliment Doug MacAdam. He is always attentive and ensures I get called back and am up to date with the status of my car. Most recently, I was running a little late and Doug waited for me to pick up my car even though everyone else had left. This meant alot to me as it avoided an additional trip the next day. He makes it personal. He always listens and makes me feel important. I come to this facility because of Doug. This is an excellent employee. More

The Service Department has consistent, excellent customer service and that is because of the wonderful team that Smythe employs. Doug MacAdams, Tom Coward, Nick Pavano and Tony Plesh are some of the most experienced and reliable Service Advisors. We count on them to insure that our periodic maintenance checks are thorough and complete; and when we drive away we are confident that the job was done right! The Service Advisors and Mechanics take driving a safe and properly operating vehicle seriously and we very much appreciate their excellent customer care! Great Service Experience My XC60 had a light go on stating I had a bulb out. I could not detect a light out so I brought it by Smythe to have it checked out. Doug got my car My XC60 had a light go on stating I had a bulb out. I could not detect a light out so I brought it by Smythe to have it checked out. Doug got my car in and out and the message reset. He even had the exterior washed. All in about a half hour. More

Tremendous help by Doug M. When coming home from college. I was home from college and driving my mothers car when I broke down by the short hills mall. I got the car to Smythe Volvo and Doug Macadam helped me I was home from college and driving my mothers car when I broke down by the short hills mall. I got the car to Smythe Volvo and Doug Macadam helped me tremendously! He was excellent! He got the car fixed and my parents were more than grateful, as well!
