The showroom and service facility were clean and organized. I was greeted by Steve in the showroom, who was very friendly and showed me to the area where the car would be serviced. I have been going to Smythe Volvo to service my vehicles sine 1994. I purchased two Vehicles, one in 2003 and 2008. Since day one I have strongly felt that I was being treated in a very friendly, trustworth sine 1994. I purchased two Vehicles, one in 2003 and 2008. Since day one I have strongly felt that I was being treated in a very friendly, trustworthy and professional manner. The service department has always been quick to respond to my concerns and requests. Their work has always been done correctly and delivered when promised. I have dealt with all the service advisors at one time or another, their knowledge and friendliness are genuine. I do not mind paying up a little more for the peace of mind I have after work has been done on my cars at Smythe. More

This ended up being a service call with Doug that moved easily into a sales conversation with Kevin and ultimately Steve. I say "easily" because the service that has been performed since 2006 on our XC90, easily into a sales conversation with Kevin and ultimately Steve. I say "easily" because the service that has been performed since 2006 on our XC90, now at the 100K mark, literally sold us on purchasing another Volvo specifically through this dealership. After looking into options, we're more than likely going to go with the XC60 T6! If these folks ever have bad days, the customer never knows it!
