He was incredibly kind right from the start of our conversation. I asked about the price of a truck, got a reply almost instantly. The price was really fair, but from what I have seen at most dealers; conversation. I asked about the price of a truck, got a reply almost instantly. The price was really fair, but from what I have seen at most dealers; the price they give does not include everything under the sun…then you have to get the warranty and blah blah blah. This was definitely NOT the case this time. I made an appointment to go and take a look and test drive the truck, expecting to get the run around from some other (finance guy) before getting to the actual price of the vehicle. When I arrived with my wife( almost 1.5 hour ride) the truck was parked in the easiest spot to park next to…also making it the easiest spot to pull the truck out of. There was a different salesperson outside, and at no time was he pushy while we were looking at the truck. He asked us if we needed anything, we informed him we had an appointment with Ryan. He walked us in, Ryan greeted us, sat us down and asked if we need anything to drink….pretty much had the keys ready to take the truck for a ride. My wife and I took the truck for a test drive and it was really clean, low mileage and every bit of what the online advertisement had shown. After the test drive Ryan and James (the finance guy) held true to their word. When my wife and I sat down with James (finance closer not sure of the exact title); he too was extremely kind and personable. We ended up getting the exact Price that was offered for my trade in vehicle and we paid exactly what we were quoted for the truck we test drove. We did end up buying the aftermarket platinum warranty. My wife and I’s experience was exceptional and we will be referring all of our friends, family, and clients to them! Thank you again, Ryan and James for making our experience great! More

Ryan Bell is the one positive thing about this dealership.
