Great experience overall Jason was great, friendly, easy with communication, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, we talked story about growing up in Hawaii a Jason was great, friendly, easy with communication, and very knowledgeable. Comfortability at the Showroom I went car shopping at Pacific Honda last Saturday to look for a new vehicle and check on their leasing deals. I was greeted by Wes Katekaru who made me feel quite comfortable at the showroom, he understood just why I was there and what I was interested in. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Wes was very informative and he answered every question of mine patiently. There were no typical auto salesman antics to drive the price up or pressure me to buy. He did recommend needed accessories for my purchase that I appreciated. Salesmen like Wes deliver an incredible service and give a very pleasant experience. We will be coming to your showroom for the years to come. More

Fast & Friendly I actually came on a perfect day! It was the last day of the month, a holiday weekend and the last day of their fiscal year. I already new the car I w I actually came on a perfect day! It was the last day of the month, a holiday weekend and the last day of their fiscal year. I already new the car I wanted, Kyle greeted us with a friendly smile and took care of us from that point on. He worked very hard to get the numbers to where we wanted it. It took about 3 hours to finish everything. (which is pretty good considering.) He even followed up with me a few days after to see how I liked the car. I highly recommend this place, and if possible ask for Kyle! More
