I have bought and sold many cars in the last 40 years. This experience was the absolute best of any of them. Doug was open and honest with me from the time I stepped on the lot to delivery. I called Westside Lexus to inquire about a used Car. Doug Phillips took the call and was very helpful in answering all of my questions and was able to tell me a lot of history about the car. Doug Phillips is an excellent Sales Consultant! Doug helped me find my 1st Lexus vehice. Sam Chau is a fabulous Finance Manager. The entire process took less than 1 hour on a Friday which is unhear Doug helped me find my 1st Lexus vehice. Sam Chau is a fabulous Finance Manager.
