Buying a car is never fun, but Conner and Tyler tag teamed us and made it a great experience. They dealt with all my silly questions and were so friendly and made me feel at ease. We got upon the Mazda Cx-5 and loved the car. Shopped around at some dealerships and the assistance given by Sport Mazda North has been splendid. Zee, Shane, David, Jose, Matt, literally everyone here cares about their customers and wants them to be happy. We encountered some hiccups along the way but with how splendid the staff was, everything was taken care of and I'm sure that I received a great deal alongside a top notch customer service and experience. Thanks everyone, I hope to be shopping again soon once Mazda gets more into the game of Electric Vehicles. 200/100 More

After searching for a specific vehicle and having 5 sold from under me I found one here at Sport Mazda North. From the moment I reached out to verify availability to delivery, this dealership is what all others should strive to be. Not only was this first time shopping online but this was the first time purchasing from out of state. I live in Virginia so I headed into this without experience or confidence. Working with Jenn over the phone made it a breeze. After numbers were agreed to I was off on a 700 mile trip to take my trade and get the new to me vehicle. A surprising phone call came from Aaron to inform me that he was handling the rest of the deal and that he was preparing the vehicle for my arrival. Once on the road, Aaron called a couple of times to see how I was doing and if I needed anything more. Upon arrival, they confirmed my trade and had the new to me car cleaned and fueled and waiting for me. After a short time at the dealership signing paperwork with Paul and Doug, I was off in less than an hour and a half. The whole staff, even the others not involved in my deal were very welcoming and placed the customer 1st and I appreciated that. The only regret I have is that they aren't local to me however that may not matter as I would drive there again. All other dealers need to take not from Sport Mazda North on how a dealership is to be run. More
