Hello Corwin Toyota of Colorado Springs, my wife and I just purchased a 2023 Rav4 last week. Our experience I must say was a delightful one. Our sales person was Big Jim Johring. I have purchased many new just purchased a 2023 Rav4 last week. Our experience I must say was a delightful one. Our sales person was Big Jim Johring. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and dealt with numerous sales people but, never like Big Jim. His salesmen ship is next level! Jim is a real credit to his profession and to Corwin Toyota. We were treated like old friends, not like possible customers. That style of salesmen ship what made the sale happen. I have been a longtime client, so my husband and I were ready to purchase a vehicle advertised online. After we arrived and took the test drive, Doug hands us the paperwork which included additional optio ready to purchase a vehicle advertised online. After we arrived and took the test drive, Doug hands us the paperwork which included additional optional charges which were not listed on the website. It came out to be an additional $6,000 more than what was advertised. We understand adding the title, taxes, etc, but we did not want the optional charges and asked them to be removed. Doug started fumbling with the numbers, offered a discount and we made an offer. However, he then "added" the charges back in. For example, $1,000 - $500 (optional charges we wanted removed) = $500 (we're willing to pay). We all get that and we're tracking. However, he then adds it back in. $1,000-$500 = $500 + $500 (fees)= $1,000. Whaaaaaat?! I went crossed-eyed. Doug kept asking, "Don't you understand?" We know the sales game and Doug needs to stop playing them. We were ready to buy but this game made us walk out on a car we were willing to drive off the lot that night. Very disappointed with the old-fashioned sales tactics. More

I went in to this dealer because I had bought from them before (28 years ago) and they were wonderful then and still are now. Doug was great at answering my questions and not at all pushy about selling me before (28 years ago) and they were wonderful then and still are now. I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid from the excellent sales team at Larry H. Miller Liberty in Colorado Springs. I called early in the day as was warmly welcomed by Sales Consultant Doug (Dougie) Smith, a long standing member of the team. He took an initial evaluation of my situation and intentions and was very informative: immediately letting me know that they were interested in my trade in and also had the vehicle I wanted. Once I made it to the dealership, Doug and the team met me at the door with a smile and made me feel like an old friend, Once we started test driving vehicles, Doug's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. He not only answered my questions with confidence but taught me the tips and tricks of the vehicles as the situations came up. Doug went above and beyond to make sure that my automotive needs were met during this purchase. I would highly recommend his service to any friends or family that are in the market for a great new Toyota. Once the purchase process moved to the financial department, I was introduced to Financial Guru: Ryan Halvorsen. Ryan moved through the financial process smoothly and without making it feel rushed, even though the office was very busy that day. His knowledge of not only finances but the sales process as a whole speak to his thorough understanding of the automotive sales process. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and gave me full confidence that Ryan had not only my best interests at heart, but was dedicated to gaining my repeat business.
