I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid from the excellent sales team at Larry H. Miller Liberty in Colorado Springs. He took an initial evaluation of my situation and intentions and was very informative: immediately letting me know that they were interested in my trade in and also had the vehicle I wanted. Once I made it to the dealership, Doug and the team met me at the door with a smile and made me feel like an old friend, Once we started test driving vehicles, Doug's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. He not only answered my questions with confidence but taught me the tips and tricks of the vehicles as the situations came up. Doug went above and beyond to make sure that my automotive needs were met during this purchase. I would highly recommend his service to any friends or family that are in the market for a great new Toyota. Once the purchase process moved to the financial department, I was introduced to Financial Guru: Ryan Halvorsen. Ryan moved through the financial process smoothly and without making it feel rushed, even though the office was very busy that day. His knowledge of not only finances but the sales process as a whole speak to his thorough understanding of the automotive sales process. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and gave me full confidence that Ryan had not only my best interests at heart, but was dedicated to gaining my repeat business. Went there to look at cars, didn't have what I wanted, but agreed to terms on a car they were trying to get from another dealer! Hung around waiting for about 2 hours, to see if they were gonna get the c but agreed to terms on a car they were trying to get from another dealer! Salesman asked if he had given me my keys back, and I said yes, and he wanted to show me where they parked my car. He handed me a copy of the deal I agreed with, waiting for me to leave, and I asked him if he was gonna call me when they found out about transfer, and he said "sure!" He had given me the big brush off, kicked me to the curb, and it's know 24 hours later, and still haven't heard from him! LOL! How dishonest was he by not telling the truth! Larry Miller Toyota sucks, and will never go back, they just lost my business, and I own 2 Toyotas! More

I’ve been coming to Paul since 1995, when I moved here. Then the dealership was on N Academy. I’ve had had 2 Camery’s, an Avalon and 2 RAV4’s. The service has always been great. We told him what we were interested in and we were wanting to look at the Highlander and 4 Runner couldn't decide which one. We narrowed it down to the highlander, took a test drive came back to the dealership, since it was late and we were gonna look at a couple other brands of cars to test drive as well but said we really loved the car and would be back in on Saturday to purchase this vehicle. We went in side I asked him if he wanted my contact info he ignored me and gave me his card we walked outside no words were exchanged and he jumped in the Highlander and sped off. I was so pissed off because he didn't even thank me for coming in or say I will see you tomorrow, my wife and I looked at each other and were like we just told him we would be back tomorrow to purchase. I Would never buy from Doug or this dealer ever again, Doug was a horrible salesman and I ended up buying else where because of this. Last time I checked salesman work off commission and being professional and friendly helps them sell cars, this was definitely not the case here. Worst experience ever!!!! More

For purchase yes, for service after the sale, NO We brought the tundra in 9/ 2019. Want the bed sprayed and step rail. Called 3 times never a call back. Plus my daughter reconnended this dealer, and didn't get her $50.00 for us buying our vehicle. We had been there for a recall was tolded they would call us when the parts come in, never a phone call. We love Toyota and as we have crossed the country many times with our FJ, we have always gotten good service, untill Colorado Springs. More
